    I originally ordered 14 post caps to be delivered to a not-so-local store. Only 12 arrived. The store would only refund the two missing caps and stated that I would need to reorder the two caps on-line. When reordering, I found that the post caps were now on-sale, and I would need to order three to avoid shipping charges. I am a first-time customer of Tractor Supply. This will also be my last purchase from Tractor Supply. Feels like I've been scammed.
