2.5 Reese hitches - don't buy

Terrible interaction, purchased the items online, confirmation received, arrived at store 20 miles away, and no hitches, just excuses. The Oregon store even had a different SKU, made no attempt to find them online or at another store, just nothing we can do?! I was forced to cancel the order and it took almost a week to reimburse me. That's is not customer service!
