Horrible customer service absolutely worthless

Chicken arrived like it was drug behind a truck. Customer service, managers and chat all told me to exchange it weeks ago as a new one would be on truck. There no limited edition anything on a truck. The truck was said to come Tuesday. Store said Thursday. Customer service stopped replying and only impeded me returning. Never buy anything except feed from this company. They don't have employees, they have paid people not employees. The company has gone down hill horribly. They lie and try to keep you waiting until the return period is over. If you get Melissa call and complain. She isn't doing her job at. Customer service is non existent. You should see this rooster. No packaging, no protection. Just a rooster for 300$ that looks like someone took a hammer to it before driving it down the road tied behind a truck. I paid full price for a return from somewhere poor idiot shopping here. There are no returns or Customer service do the company is null and void of business.
