Didn’t budge under 44mph gusts. Didn’t do anything . Thought the fan would at least spin.

Easy to assemble and super cute. Moves in a slight breeze. I’m not putting this away—it’s staying out for all seasons!

Here's the good: easy assembly, after removal of the parts that had been attached by the previous person to open the box. Windmill moves in the wind as expected. The creaking may be intentional as it is a Halloween decoration, so that's good with me. I like the way it looks. The not-so-good: the item I received had obviously been opened previously and repackaged poorly. The box was secured with one piece of tape holding the flap down. The Styrofoam packing material was all chopped up to make the pieces for back in as if the person didn't remember how it had been packed originally. There were scratches in multiple places. I thought there were missing pieces of hardware, but they were actually already attached. The box was damaged in shipping, but the did not seem to be the source of the damage. I'll keep it, because I like it for the sake price I paid and outdoor items do see wear and tear. I just expect a new product unless I'm buying at as open box.
