Locate the Switch: Find the ON/OFF switch located on the underside of the solar panel (housed at the top of the wind chime). Turn It ON: Ensure the switch is firmly pushed into the "ON" position. The light sensor will automatically keep the light off during the day while it charges and turn it on at night.
