I purchased a global Osprey scope from a gun show dealer and stuck it in the drawer and thought nothing of it I went to put it on rifle a few months later and found that the scope was bent? I contacted Osprey global got an RMA number sent it back to them and within three days I had a brand new scope the people at their customer service really do their jobs and care about people they will email you back and take care of you like you are one member of the company do not be afraid to buy one of these Scopes they are great the Optics are perfect the knobs lock in where you want them to and will last you a long time the price point is well worth the lifetime no question's asked warranty hope I help you and have a great day
