Hate to give anything a bad review but no choice

Bought these for clearing my driveway (118 feet long and 40 feet wide). They worked great the first time I used them. My hands were actually sweating because I had the gloves on high heat. When I went to use them the second time the next day the left hand glove wouldn’t heat. I couldn’t find any troubleshooting on line AND NO WAY TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER WHICH, it turns out, IS IN CHINA. I WOULD NOT BUY THESE AGAIN.
