I have used Mighty Mule gate openers for over 16 years and have always been very satisfied with their performance. The tech support has always been able to resolve any issues that came up very effectively. All of this good history seems to have gone down the toilet. This new system has been nothing but trouble. And tech support has been worthless. I am going to attempt to reach tech support again on Monday to see if a different technician may have a clue how to fix my gate opener. Hopefully, I won't have to wait on hold for 45 minutes to speak with someone. If I can't get the issue resolved the whole system will be returned and I'll find a different brand.
No, I do not recommend this product.

False advertising! Do not buy this kit. It says in plain English that the kit comes with the extra remote and a solar panel. But when you try to pick it up in the store, they just try to give you the box with the gate arm, controller, and bracket.
Fortunately for me, Sherry refunded my money back to my credit card.
These gate openers are built well anymore. Time to try a different brand.
