We bought this to open 2 10ft gates that I bought from TSC. Like the manual says, much of the hardware is NOT included. I bought 4 2" muffler clamps and 5 2" u bolts with the straight metal bar. I added to the MM372W the following items. The MM136 wireless intercom / ketpad, FM135, single button remote ( you need this to install the MM136 ), FM143 gate lock, 2 FM123 ( equivilent ) 10w solar panels, MM100 Wireless connectivity system, 2 FM133 pin lock, a deep cycle battery, battery box, 1/2 conduit ( pipe and fittings may vary ). The whole process of moving the gates from the old location to the new location, and installing the opening system has taken several days. The remote does not work further than 25 - 30 ft from the gate. That is the reason for the smart system, you can open the gates while on the way home. The ONLY install problem I had was when I tried to connect the FM136 wireless intercom / keypad. I had to order the FM135 single button remote because the included 3 button remote does not have the DIP switches like the FM136. Once you have a FM135 you match up the FM135 and FM136 to the same DIP switch setting then pair the FM135 to the MM372W conrol box. Once the MM372W and FM135 are paired the MM136 will work the gate too. We have no problem working the intercom 250ft from the gate.

I just purchased and installed the MM372W with remote cell modual and call box with intercom. The phone app does not show a photo of the current gate position as the video leads you to believe.instead you get to add your photo to the page and the app just shows open or closed.the personal photo will not even fill the photo space. The app works well just is deceiving in the video advert. Parts of the installation manual are vague reguarding setting up the system. if you have a problem with the opener contact of tech support involves calling waiting on hold for the next free technition.You are then run thru a check list which is the basic trouble shooting guide in the back of the manual after which if it did not resolve the problem they tell you this is their newest system and there is no data currently available they will file a complaint and keep you advised then tell you they have no other advice. I have two seven foot gates and the wire attached to the openers were barely long enough for my instalation only about 5 feet on the primary opener.
