Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good gate- bad paint Great looking gate for a rural residential setting. Easy to install. Unfortunately it came with a few dings and scratches but no touch up paint is available.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what it appears to be. It's 44" wide, not 4 feet (48") wide. They figure 2" will be required for hinges and latches. It's does not have solid tubular steel rounded corners at the top as shown. It's got straight tubular steel, welded construction, plastic plugs at the top of the side posts.

Okay, I'll try this again... I'm aware the hardware is for wood post mounting; I'm asking if the gate would be okay mounted to concrete (with separately purchased hardware).

Asked by: Linsey
This has not been tested mounted to concrete, unable to make a recommendation.

What should the rough opening for this be?

Asked by: JuddMcD
All 1-3/4″ gates are 3″ shorter than listed length to allow for gate hardware and proper clearance.

Can your gates be hung on rectangular 4"x 6" x 8' treated post ? I usually put my gate post down 2'6" with a least 2 bags of quick set concrete.

Asked by: Stevie 1953
We recommend using a 6” or 8” round post.
