Instruction are not good

Didn't come with all the hardware, instructions were vague, disappointment.

So far, not impressed. Installation: It has been fairly easy to install so far (have the opener, controller, solar, and wireless connector installed), even though the instructions are horrible or non-existent. Some of the instructions were just a sheet of paper with a QR code that said to scan for digital instructions; the QR code took you to the website, then you had to figure out which was correct. Once you find it, you get same poor instructions as usual. The MMS100 Wireless Connectivity System would not work. I contacted Mighty Mule, after an hour on the phone, figured out that the connection for it at the control panel was a female-to-female connection. They were going to send an adapter and send me updates on it. I have not received the adapter nor any updates. I have emailed; no response. I have called and got the run around. Third call, waited on hold for 30 minutes, then explained the situation, then waited another 20 for him to research it. He could not get the information at that time, so would call me back with the status. He did call back. Now, after an hour of me troubleshooting, then 3 hours on the phone with them, the status: they shipped the part, but cannot provide me the carrier or expected delivery window except that it will take 10 business days to get to me. If you shipped a broken product, EXPEDITE the fix! Now deciding whether to take the whole thing down and return it to go with a competitor, or wait for the part and hope there are no issues with the rest of it. Will update post with resolution.

The remotes are very weak and only work about half the time.
