The Mighty Mule MM271 Light Duty Single Swing Gate Opener is designed for light duty single swing gates up to a maximum length of 12 ft. or maximum weight of 300 lb. This light-duty gate opener is perfect for all single gate types, including tube, chain link, panel, vinyl and wood. The Mighty Mule gate opener is ideal for the Do It Yourself (DIY) property owner with access to our helpful online how-to videos and unlimited 24-hour technical support that guarantee a successful installation. This gate opener is perfect for all gate types including tube, chain link, panel, vinyl, ornamental and wood.

  • Required for operation and sold separately: The Mighty Mule Battery Enclosure Kit (part # MMB200) or a 12-Volt automotive/ marine type battery that produces a minimum of 250 cold cranking amps (CCA) is required for powering this gate opener
  • Designed for single swing gates up to a maximum of 12 ft. long or maximum of weight of 300 lb.
  • Includes: (1) three button entry/exit remote with Visor Clip, an AC transformer, control box with system controller, and all required mounting hardware
  • DIY friendly with detailed installation instructions, access to online how-to videos, and unlimited 24-hour technical support
  • Solar Capable: with the addition of a Mighty Mule 10W solar panel (Model # FM123)
  • Compatible with all Mighty Mule accessories like the Entry/Exit Remotes (part # MMT103), Entry Keypads (part # MMK200), Vehicle Exiting Sensors (part # FM130-SW) & Gate Lock (part # FM143-SL). All can be purchased on Tractor Supply.com or at your local Tractor Supply store

Failed after a month. Bought new one because warranty process is impossible. 2nd one failed in 24 hours.
