First Mule lasted 8 years. Second Mule 2 years. 3 Mule would not work even with Mule Customer Support on the phone.

I am sorry you had some trouble. We do have some options to help you. Our Tech Support can help you with any issues you may have from installation to troubleshooting. They can be reached at 1-800-543-1236 M-F 8am-7pm and Sat 10am-6pm EST. They have a new TECHSEE feature (like Facetime) which helps the Tech see in live time what you are seeing. They will be happy to help. We also have Instruction Videos on all our Gates at mightymule.com under the support tab. Lastly there is an App you can get for your phone called BILT that you can download, it will give you 3D instructions that you can have with you for the Install. I hope this helps.

Reliable Solar Gate Works Great on My Rural Drivew

I installed the Mighty Mule MM371W on my rural driveway gate, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it performs out here. The solar panel keeps the system powered without any issues, and the opener moves my tube gate smoothly every time. The hardware feels solid, the wireless kit connects reliably from the house, and the keypad and battery box fit together cleanly. Living out in the country, dependable access is important, and this setup has made getting in and out of my property much easier and more secure. I’d recommend this system to anyone with rural property — it’s been a great upgrade.
