(warning) Terrible Customer Service, Chiefland Fl.

Such terrible service, unbelievable I drove to Chiefland from High Springs to pick up my order. Approx. 40 miles upon inspection the kayak was missing seat buckles and paddle. I told the salesperson the aftermarket buckles could be ordered, just deduct that cost after looking it up. She said no and that I could drive about 60 more mils and pick up the same kayak there . At that moment I canceled my order. I have never experienced such terrible customer service anywhere. Needless to say I hope I never have any dealings with your store and I fully intend to share my experience. ed shupe
