Properly support your chimney with the DuraPlus 6 in. Diameter Flat Ceiling Chimney Support Box. The triple insulated walls of the chimney parts reduce heat transfer to protect the stove and house. The pipe accessory keeps the chimney stable as it emerges from the roof.
- Chimney parts are designed to stay cool on the outside and provide a hot draft on the inside to boost stove efficiency
- Triple-wall chimney features two insulating layers with a refractory blanket and air space
- Refractory insulation is held securely in position to eliminate hot spots common with loose-fill type insulations
- Pipe accessory provides a fire-safe design that protects both the chimney and the building
- Provides a connection between the support box and chimney with an integrated twist lock
- Supports up to 35 feet of chimney
- Use adapter to attach DVL or DuraBlack to the support box

Duravent system is the way to go.

Box fit between ceiling joist and was the same size as the old box I replaced. I like how the box ties the triple wall pipe and the single wall pipe from the stove together. You will need the adapter for securing the single wall pipe. Finished product looks beautiful in the living room and box took black paint well.
