Don't know how I got the bugs, but Harris is helping me get rid of them! Followed the instructions to the letter, it has helped right away. From what I'm learning this will be a several week process.

ws a little disappointed in this product. It didn't get rid of the bugs any better than the others I tried. However it didn't have that sickening smell like the others.
