The Earthquake 11-21 in. 140cc Badger Front-Tine Gas Tiller features a two-position, heavy-duty, cast iron tail and wheel assembly. With the wheels in the forward position, transport is a breeze. In the extended position, the center of gravity is lowered for incredible control and deep-tilling performance in the row. Powered by a 140cc 4-cycle Briggs and Stratton engine, the Bader provides plenty of power to accomplish your tilling tasks. Easily adjust the tilling width with no tools required by simply adding or removing tines. The tilling width can be adjusted from 11 inches, up to 21 inches wide. With its compact frame and balanced weight distribution, the badger allows for fluid navigation in tight growing spaces and stable pivoting capability at the end of garden rows. The airless wheels, robust forged tines, and all steel construction are all hallmarks of a tiller built to last.

- A: Hi, Yes some assembly is required. Yes it can be shipped to the store. Some local TSC locations have started offering assembly service for an additional charge. Please reach out to your local store for more information. If your local store is not offering assembly, they should be able to offer the contact information for local assemblers in your area. Q: My last Earthquake Tiller did not have a way to lubricate the tines / transmission. So after 10 years the tines seized up. Now it is useless. My question is does this model have a way to lubricate the transmission?

- A: Hi, Thanks for reaching out. Here is the information we received back from the vendor- "There is a way to lubricate the transmission, however the gearbox will need to be dropped and opened up in order to add grease. We recommend that the customer completes this process every 50 hours of operation to keep their tiller in healthy operating order, prevent the seizing of the tines and transmission, and keep the tiller in a good warranty position."3 years agoHelpful?

Earthquake badger rocks!

Excellent machine for the money. Pretty easy to handle - the drag stake makes all the difference. I was able to create a 20 x 25' bed in a meadow in under an hour that was basically ready to plant.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I like the machine so far. Starts easy. Operated easy. The only thin i dont prefer are the pivoting wheels.
