Nice quality unit and works great

I received my generator quickly and it works perfectly. Very good quality and would purchase again. It starts easily and performs well. Putting on the wheels was a bit difficult because I had to turn the unit over to do this. It is heavy. Also, I did not know that these units need grounding. This delayed my usage in an open garage which I had to relocate for grounding to a nearby electrical box.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Last One Lasted me 13 Years

This is my second Duromax generator. I bought my last one 13 years ago. I've used it for everything; job sites, power outages, and miscellaneous things. It has ALWAYS started on the first pull even after sitting up for months at a time. Something happened that now the output power is diminished. I wanted to repair it but I don't know where to get the parts so instead I bought a new one. I hate to get rid of it because the engine is awesome. I only hope this one is as great.

Everything is great, but battery start did not work, replacement battery being sent, service reps easy to work with and know their product.
