- Simple Operation Position the DR Stump Grinder over a stump, lock one wheel in place with the wheel brake, engage the cutting head, and pivot easily from side to side, shaving off an inch or so with each pass. For DR Power Stump Grinders, the blade and cutting teeth are considered normal wear items and are not covered under the standard 2 year limited warranty or an extended warranty. Per the warranty terms, the owner is responsible for replacement of normally wearing parts such as cutting teeth, belts, air filters, and spark plugs. The warranty, including any extended coverage, applies to defects in materials or workmanship on covered components when the machine is used under ordinary, normal residential use. It does not cover wear items, accessories, or damage related to maintenance, misuse, or normal operation. The dimensions listed for the cutter head belt are 49.3" OD, 47.3" ID, and the traction drive belt is 3L X 39.
