Cordless edging is nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This edger attachment was purchased with a power head to replace the plug-in edger I had. I found it easier to use than the plug-in model, both in terms of doing the edging and in the fact that I no longer had to deal with a 100 foot power cord. There were a few stalls, but I'm not sure if that was because I overloaded it by trying to cut back too much overgrown sidewalk edges or because of an issue with the power head. I think I overloaded it, because the stalling stopped when I took a couple passes to do the initial edging and went slower. I can't compare it to any other battery edger, but it was better than the plug-in one that went to the dump after using this one. And, with no need to deal with that long extension cord, I'm much more likely to get this out and keep up with the edge maintenance.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Quiet and no fumes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way it edges how easy it is to handle. No gas fumes and very quiet. Lightweight makes it easy to balance. Is overall an excellent tool for a 73 year old man.

Edger attachment

The attachment I got has a lot of issues with the nut on the blade coming loose. I used it for the 1st hour and had to retighten the blade at least a half a dozen times. Not sure if it's all or just the one I received.
