I have had 2 of these stop working between the one and two year mark. The most recent going out Just a week after the warranty expired. I understand the warranty expired 6 days before i called but i was just seeking a partial store credit to purchase a new one. The pump is just being used for my home water so not any heavy usage. They should definitely last longer than both of them have, and customer service should have been better. Now you have lost a customer.

I bought a pump a few years ago and it worked fine, so when I needed another one I searched the website for the part number and this shallow well pump popped up. I saw 1 hp pump and thought great there it is and ordered 2. Wrong pump. The one I wanted was discontinued. Why on earth wouldn't the site just say item not found or something like that? Instead it popped up a random 1 hp pump and made me return them. Sigh, yeah I know my fault but hey I'm a busy guy and when I search for a specific part number and the site says here it is why would I read all the fine print and description? Zero stars for the website!

All plastic inside. JUNK Lasted a little over a year and now toasted

Never installed it there are no parts available. I have another brand pump has lasted over ten years I repaired approximately 5 years ago it's in need of repair again but for ten years and cheaper and part are available it is worth every penny.
