Q: Can the pump be mounted vertical? The pump I have now is a vertical well pump. This pump looks like it has the same design to meet up with the vertical well pump to mount it. Can it be mounted either way vertical or horizontal

While the front bolt pattern on the cast iron volute may look visually similar to your existing vertical pump, standard horizontal jet pumps have internally configured bearing lubrication systems, internal seals, and specific drain/prime port placements that require them to sit flat on a level floor or tank bracket. Great brand

Perfect! I purchased a pump at another establishment for just a little cheaper and it quit within a week, this one stayed running strong. Better water pressure, easier voltage directions, and hookup was simple. I would recommend anyone with a well to utilize this product.
