    Easy Return, Extra Steps

    I accidentally ordered the wrong size hitch online to be shipped to the store. The return itself was accepted without any issues, which I really appreciated. However, the process was a bit inconvenient. I had to wait for the item to arrive at the store, then call in and have an employee manually mark it as picked up and returned in their system. Thankfully, I didn’t have to drive to the store, so that part was a plus. That said, it would be much more efficient if the website allowed you to process a return directly and automatically notify the store—especially in cases like mine where the item was never used or even seen. Overall, not a bad experience, just something to be aware of if you choose ship-to-store.
