The Zareba 656 ft. x 320 lb. Polytape Electric Fencing is ideal for equine fences since it is more visible than traditional wire. With a breaking load of 320 lb., this electric fence polytape contains 8 strands of electrical conductors. It is easier to install, repair and splice than regular wiring for convenience. This roll contains 1 in. x 656 ft. of white electric fence polytape that will not rust.

The type of energizer to use with an electric fence will vary depending on length of wire, type of wire, and the animals being kept in or out. There's not a thing wrong with this electric tape. You have to electrify it and train a horse to it and then they won't go right through as the other reviewer states unless you have a really rogue stallion.

I bought this for horse enclosure...very disappointed...horse went right through it with no effect. In my opinion, the quality does not match the price.

Very pleased with the product, i use it more for a marker in my feild so the horses can see the fence because they cant see the electric fence
