Disappointing

The Quality just isn’t there with Weber anymore. I’ve been a loyal Weber guy for 25+ years and had my grill for a year before it started pealing. Weber says this is normal but it’s not. Had my previous Charcoal grill for over 5 years and it didn’t do that. They made a nice excuse to not replace it but you might as well spend less, quality will be the same now.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Great grill, but could be better

Weber always stands for quality. Love the grill! One suggestion - the hook inside the lid that enables you to hang the lid on the side of the bowl is too short. It takes several attempts to find the perfect angle so the lid will hang. Surely an inch longer hook is not unrealistic or too costly!

I use my Weber 22” charcoal grill at least twice a week and love it. I’ve replaced the internal parts only twice, but it was so easy and convenient to just call and talk with someone instead of all this new automation, quick easy and fast. Keep up the good work Weber
