The quality of the grill is severely lacking compared to the grill I have purchased over 50-plus years! What a disappointment! The grill that holds the charcoal has sharp edges where you can cut yourself, and the braces that hold the grill were bent different directions. I had to take a pair of players to straighten them. Not the same Weber quality!!!

Haven't cooked over coals in quite a bit, but there is no disputing the increased flavor profile over gas it provides. I had a Weber kettle years ago and just repurchased. Great quality as I had recalled, and much better overall quality than cheaper offbrand alternatives.
