Great little smoker…

Primarily got the Weber for an easy smoker. I don’t have all the attachments or a temp probe…but a bit of patience and some know how, this grill smokes chicken, fish, ribs, pork butt , etc. I’m gearing up for a brisket…I’ll let ya know how it goes. No complaints. Great grill/ smoker for the money.. probably am gonna upgrade my grill to the sides that open, so I can feed it charcoal and wood on long smokes.

Decided to buy an original Weber kettle to take on a vacation. The price was right and the Weber name is great. The instructions for assembly were good and it was easy to assemble. I was blown away to find out how many accessories are available for these. My only complaint about the original kettle is it doesn’t even come with a thermometer in the lid so I bought one and added it.

Very happy with the quality - made in USA. I grilled with propane for close to 30 years and I’m glad I made the change. Best pork chops and burgers I’ve ever grilled.
