My Super Handy 27-Ton Gas-Powered Log Splitter arrived securely packaged in a sturdy crate with no damage. Assembly was straightforward, although I would recommend having a second person available since some of the components are quite heavy.
Once assembled and filled with the required fluids, I started the engine and let it run for a while to ensure everything was functioning properly. I was impressed that it started on the very first pull.
After about 20 minutes of operation, I put it to work on several smaller poplar logs, and it split them effortlessly. I then tested it on a freshly cut beech tree log, and once again it powered through with ease. The splitter has plenty of power and performed exactly as advertised.
Cleanup was simple, and the overall operation was smooth and user-friendly. I am very impressed with the quality and performance of this machine. It has been a great purchase, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and powerful log splitter.
