Fan does not blow worth heck! Total WASTE of MONEY

I followed the installation instructions to the letter. I hooked this up to my existing HVAC and cold air return. I did absolutely EVERYTHING as per instructions. I could not figure out why the hot air was NOT reaching any rooms, even the kitchen which is in the next room, less than 15 feet away. I decided to feel whether any air was coming into the vents at all. There is next to nothing. To do this, I unhooked the duct from the furnace, to see how strong the airflow actually was. I bought this to replace a much smaller wood furnace. Let me tell you. That much smaller wood furnace, which was rated for about 1,000 sq ft, blew hot air into all the rooms in my house. When I run my oil furnace, the same thing happens. Lots of hot air goes throughout my entire house, even to the second floor. This furnace is a total waste of money. I wish I had not bought it at all!

Worst nightmare of your life for a wood furnace!

Experienced with burning wood for over 40 years. Do not waste your money on this furnace. This is the worst wood burning furnace on the market. Bad investment, will not do what it says. The manufacture is NO HELP whatsoever!!! Everything is hooked up to the specs, and does not heat the house. You will spend more time at the stove than any where else. New EPA for woodstoves should be tossed! Ridiculous.

Poor quality worse customer service

We purchased this in 2021, now the fire box has developed a large and growing crack rendering the stove unsafe and inoperable. It has a 5 yr warranty, customer service was contacted 3/11/25, and numerous times thereafter. Photographs were requested & provided-they claim winter is over & they’ll replace it this summer. It’s still in the low teens where we’re located!! They show absolutely no concern whatsoever.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Your Electric Company LOVES This Furnace!!!

The amount of electricity this beast uses is just over 1000 kWh per month, to run the blower. That is OUTRAGEOUS!!! This kilowatt usage info is nowhere to be found in the paperwork, nor on the unit itself. I've learned this info only after having owned and run this thing through 2 full Maine Winters.

No, I do not recommend this product.
