Q: I have full grown birds and 10 week old chicks. I am currently trying to integrate the flock, can the full grown birds eat this feed with a supplement of oyster shell offered to them as well?

You will want to do as you mentioned and offer them free choice crushed oyster shell to meet the calcium requirement.
