I can't tell if this product doesn't actually exist or if TSC is just incompetent with filling orders, but I have ordered this product THREE TIMES (and paid the shipping fee, since it isn't available even remotely locally) and have received the wrong product each time. The product is listed as 12.5% protein content. What ACTUALLY gets sent out is 14%. I chalked it up to an error the first time. The second time I put the order in, I sent an email asking to make sure that I'd get the correct product. No response, and the incorrect product was sent out again. I started the return process. I thought MAYBE on the third try, they'd get it right. Nope. It might not seem like a big deal, but when you're trying to keep meat birds at a healthy weight and with healthy joints, it matters. At this point, I don't have a choice but to use what was sent to me, but I absolutely regret buckling on my TSC boycott after corporate caved on inclusion policies a few years ago. But also, don't advertise a product that doesn't exist.
