Q: What is the purpose use difference between pellets verses crumbles?
7 years ago- A: Thanks for your inquiry. The pellet and crumble in some of our products will be the same formula. For instance, the Purina Organic Layer may be sold in a pellet or a crumble form. This is the same nutrition. A crumble is a pellet that has been crushed. In some cases, the owners of the bantam chickens, the smaller sized breeds, prefer the smaller pieced crumble. On the flip side, other owners prefer the larger pellets as they tend to stay in the feeding pan due to the larger size. It is more of a personal preference of the chicken and owner since both are the same nutritionally.7 years agoHelpful?
