The Proflex lightweight kneeling pad, is a quality product that can be used in many different situations. I used it changing my winter tires as well as small projects around the house. It is very light and durable. it doesn't slip or slide and has a great handle to carry it. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that does work on the ground or in low places.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kneeling mats aren't the most exciting thing in the world. At least, they weren't. I will admit that I squealed a little when my new Proflex lightweight mats arrived. There's no shame when the praise is deserved. I'm used to kneeling mats being unusually heavy for their size, and a bit on the squishy side, but these are exactly what they claim to be: lightweight. That doesn't take away from their comfort when in use. I have used them on surfaces from slick concrete to very irregular transitioning surfaces in the Melt Shop, and I haven't felt the underlying surfaces poke at me, yet. They are easy to scoot when you aren't on top of them, but hold firmly in place when you are. The STANDARD size is a good general purpose mat, large enough to fully protect your knees and upper shins, but small enough to easily be moved out of the way, tossed in a truck seat, or carried alongside an armload of tools. As always, the distinct branding I have come to expect from Ergodyne shows clearly on each mat, regardless of how dirty it might get, and the uniform grab handle slots make it possible to hang multiples or multisize sets in any workspace for easy use.

The kneepad has been one of most helpful items. It's light and can be cliped on to a backpack, you can hang it on a wall. I find you can also use it as an anti-fatigue mat in a pinch. It is non slip and is standing up to everyday use. I would say just about every field could use this. Say for working on a furnace or water heaters or pulumbers and pipe fitters.
