These knee pads are good. Wish they came in a white smooth cap also. Would buy again because I like the gel insert.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had a hate-hate relationship with knee pads. They have always seemed to fit badly, rub the backs of my knees raw, pull my pant legs up to my ears, and otherwise irritate the daylights out of me, so I have avoided wearing them and tend to work from a squatting position, keeping my arthritic knees off of the hard ground. I've also had a slight issue with getting lightheaded when standing up after squatting for a while, but recently that lightheadedness graduated to unconsciousness, and I went down like a tree, thankfully onto the floor and not into the electrical cabinet I had been working in. After that, my squat-and-work approach was no longer acceptable, and I had to revisit my loathing of knee pads. Let me just say, this pair has been a fantastic solution to a serious concern. They just work. They stay put, they don't wad my pants up or pinch the backs of my knees, and they allow me to work comfortably without squatting, which in turn keeps my circulation from compromising my safety. I have had days when I just left them on across multiple repair calls. Up and down to the floor, walking back and forth from the MCC to the field equipment, up and down stairs, driving the truck...all without discomfort or a need to readjust the fit. I could not be happier with a pair of pads! I honestly adore these.
