The Precision Pet Products Rabbit Playhouse is the perfect multi-level small animal hutch. This nesting box is spacious, durable and easy to clean. The hutch also features a private Hide-Out Box with Separate Access Door for when your pets need some me-time. The nesting box's grated wood flooring works together with a removable slide out pan for easy cleaning; the grating lets pet waste fall down into the pan, which you can easily pull out to clean. Q: I recently purchased this product and I see it did not come with any screws or instructions. Are the screws sold separately or should they have been included? If the latter, what type of screws can be used so the word does not split?

- A: Thank you for your inquiry. We apologize your unit did not have the screws, which should be included. Unfortunately, we do not offer any replacement parts as it comes as one whole unit. However, as you just purchased this from TSC they are responsible as the retailer for any exchanges, returns or refunds within the first 30 days of purchase. But, if you would like, here for the screws that you would need as stated on the assembly instructions: 1.75" x16 pieces, 1" x 10 pieces, .5" x 2pieces, 1.5" x 8 pieces. Hope that helps! While the house is cute and easy to put together, my rabbits love chewing on the soft wood so make sure you have plenty of loose pieces of wood to give them something else to chew on. Be careful when moving it as the bottom will come apart if you drag it.

The rabbit house was very easy to assemble. I am not pleased with the paint. I’ve had it in my backyard for only a couple of weeks and the paint on the top strip on the roof is already flaked off and needs repainting.

This things absolutely adorable. And well made. I will add that it DOES NOT come with actual instructions though~ just a picture on the cardboard box & a "not so helpful" lettered card of screws. That was challenging. LoL. But. Other then that, Im completely satisfied woth my purchase. So much ao. That Im contemplating another for our older rabbit. Easy to clean and all wooden slats apose to the more common metal ones. Definitely recommend this hutch!. Baby Jefferson airplane definitely loves his bunny mansion. Mommy recommended & Bunny approved. You wont regret this purchase.
