The roof panel came with pieces of wood missing and cracked in a few spots. Had to use cause needed immediately

You need two people to be able to put this together. It’s much easier that way. The instructions aren’t very clear at all either! The hutch itself is bigger than I thought it would be. The tray that holds the droppings is heavy metal. I like the size and height to. We had to replace the chain that holds the top open because the one it came with broke the first time we opened the top. The door that opens, the latches had to be adjusted because they wouldn’t lock due to open part not matching up as the other part. We also had to adjust the hinges that connect the top and back (so you can open up the top) because they weren’t aligned with each other. The wood is pretty cheap and soft. It does do what it’s supposed to do though and we haven’t had any trouble with our bunny chewing on the wood. The bottom wire that the bunny stands on is really strong plastic with is nice. Parts of the hutch are easy to clean because the top opens up. I wish they would have had a display model because I wouldn’t have bought it due to the softness of the wood and cracked and chipped pieces of wood. Should have read reviews first but just saw it in store and thought it was a decent price and it was what I was looking for. Quality just isn’t good.

We bought this after out bunny just would take to a litter box. Not as easy to put together because the first set of instructions aren’t very clear. First: the color is darker; Second: the wood is soft; Third: the latches on the door in front didn’t line up so they wouldn’t lock. My husband had to adjust them; Fourth: the latches that connect the top to the back had to be adjusted also; Fifth: the little chain on the side that helps keep the top open snapped at first use so we had to buy a thicker one. The good things: it has a wire bottom so it makes cleaning the pan underneath really easy; the pan underneath is somewhat heavy duty metal so it can hold a layer of litter which helps absorb the odors; it is larger than I expected it to be. We have 2 drawf rabbits and they have plenty of room; the other thing is you can add an “outdoor” run (are bunnies are inside) so the have even more area to run.

Arrived in box with superficial damage-not structural but more than reasonable for the price. Have had 2 rabbits in it 18hr/day for one month, cleaned ever 2-3 days, and the bottom wire has already come undone. Urine scalds and stains the wood bright white. Latches are poor quality-whole thing fell open during a storm and bunnies escaped to the yard. Overall you get what you pay for. This is a temporary hutch until we build a stronger one I guess. Disappointed in poor quality.
