Meet the Pirtle Nursery 2.93 gal. Leyland Cypress Tree. The Leyland Cypress is a fast-growing, needle-leaved evergreen tree with a narrow, pyramidal shape. Its soft sprays of frosty foliage are well-suited for background, accent, hedging or screening. Leyland Cypress Trees also make an excellent natural windbreak. It prefers well-drained soil and full to part sun.

  • Includes 1 Leyland Cypress evergreen tree in a 2.929 gal. pot and detailed planting instructions
  • Requires annual pruning for desired shapes; however, if not pruned will have an oval or pyramidal shape
  • Best grown in USDA Hardiness Zones 6-9
  • Plant 10-20 ft. apart
  • Leyland Cypress Tree grows to 60-100 ft. H
  • 2.929 gal. size pot has actual size of 11.09L
  • Prefers well-drained soil and full to part sun

Unfriendly manager

Wanted some trees so I traveled 45 minutes to the closest tractor supply that had them. Got there and the trees they pulled were dead or dying. I swapped the ones they picked for some almost dying since I had already traveled so far. Tried to talk to the manager about warranty and got ignored. The kid taking care of me let me know I had 30 days to return to any tractor supply. Going to return since they are not looking so good.

I bought 10 of these trees and 8 of them died within a week. I have never had trees die that quickly
