The Pirtle Nursery Burbank Plum is a favorite variety due to its flavor, hardiness and low maintenance. The Burbank is popular for cooking, canning or eating fresh. The fruit is large with red-blushed skin and orange-yellow flesh. It is juicy with a tangy-sweet taste and a perfect choice for jams, jellies and fruit tarts. The Burbank Plum will have white blooms during spring and requires 400-600 chill hours.

Includes one Burbank Plum in a #5 (3.740 gal) pot and detailed planting instructions.
Tree ripens in mid-July or early August and a pollinator is required such as a Methley or Santa Rosa plum tree.
Best grown in USDA Hardiness Zones 5-9. Requires 400-600 chill hours.
