The Stellar Pink Dogwood is a classic small landscape tree. During mid-spring it will have large, over-lapping, four-petaled pink flowers with foliage changing to reddish purple in the fall. The Stellar Pink Dogwood is disease resistant and adds a delicate color to your landscape. Is perfect paired with spring flowering bulbs planted underneath or nearby.

- Includes one Stellar Pink Dogwood flowering tree in a #3 (2.929 gal) pot and detailed planting instructions.

- A: Yes, our container grown dogwoods will have a root ball due to how the roots grow. Once established the roots will develop root ball. Gently tap around top and bottom of pot when ready to plant and container should slide right off. Plant per instructions. Hope this helps!2 months agoHelpful?

She’s a Beauty!

I was totally blown away when I opened the shipping box and saw Pirtle Nursery’s Steller Pink Dogwood. It was in full bloom. She is a beauty. I sent a picture of it to my daughter, who is an organic gardener. She said, “She’s a beauty!” I have it planted at the back of my yard in a place where it gets lots of late morning and afternoon sun. I am so looking forward to every Spring when this gorgeous dogwood blooms.

So disappointed

The tree was still in the box when I went to pick it up at the store, even with a giant sign on it stating to open and water upon delivery to store. It was dried up when I got it and despite our efforts it doesn’t appear to be alive. Such a disappointment. This tree was supposed to be a memorial tree for our dog that passed.

The tree is beautiful and very healthy! It came from a very good nursery, Pirtle, this is the 3rd healthy tree I've gor from them this year!!
It arrived packaged extremely well in an oversized, tall box. When I opened it up, I could see that it was very well protected.
It is much too hot now to plant this beautiful dogwood tree in the ground. But it is well watered and safe outside, protected up against the house where there's shade much of the day, and can acclimate to the temperatures.
I would order a plant again through TSC, thank you very much!
