My original flap has lasted for 8 years. I don't use it in the winter usually. Wish I wouldn't have used it some this winter lol. Great for summer, spring and fall!

Not living up to the hype

I have spent a small fortune on these flap replacements. They keep curling up on the sides and leave large gaps where wasps and flys are entering my house. There has to be a better choice.

Presage door flap replacement.

We’ve always used this product and been very happy with it. Had a problem with the screw holes tearing a bit shortly after installing which was remedied with the use of washers. This has never happened before. One problem in 25 years of use is not bad.
