- A: Our mower lift is not compatible with the Cub Cadet Ultima series. It is intended for commercial zero turn mowers because it lifts the mower using the mower deck as the lift point. If the ZTS1 has a similar mower deck we would not recommend it for use on your mower.2 years agoHelpful?

ZTR Lift

I bought this lift for my Toro ZTR after trying other lifts that wouldn't work due to the front mower wheel getting in the way. This lift worked beyond my expectations. It is solidly built to last a lifetime. It will not work on tractor models, at least on the John Deere I tried it on. I couldn't lift my Toro by putting the lift arms under the mower deck as directed but the front bar of the mower works even better. It is built to move around which makes storage and easy task.

Had to return this upon opening package and reading manual, found out that it didn’t work for my model of zero turn mower

This is not a usual occurrence with this product as it has a 20-year history of safely lifting mowers and includes a safety bracket for preventing this.

Easy to operate but doesn't fit my mower properly

Overall construction of the mower lift is very good, and it was fairly easy to assemble, even with the mediocre directions that are provided. It lifts my mower without much effort, but it doesn't fit properly on my Cub Cadet Ultima ZT1-42. I must remove my headlights in order to make room for the lifting bars, and the lifting bars don't fit very well on my mower frame, making it somewhat dangerous to work on the mower when it's lifted.
