Shorted. Don't buy this.

I did this once already but here you go. The bottle was caved in a good bit, so I measured the contents to find over an ounce short. I won't be buying this brand for sure and hope I can prevent others from buying it.

Inflated Bottle

I usually like using this product as a safe and evironmentally responsible way to protect my plants - but I need someone from the Customer Care team to contact me - I am not sure if I have a bad lot (photo attached) but the bottle is inflated, smells weird and left a residue on the pump. It has not done this in the past. Please contact me about this and advise if its still safe to use.

Your product is a biohazard to humans and animals as per your hazard statement. Neem oil isn’t toxic to humans. However your product is. So why is this? What is in your product?

All of our products, including Natria Neem Oil, are thoroughly tested and safe for use when applied according to label directions. This particular product is certified organic. However, we are required to label our products according to EPA regulations. Natria Neem Oil contains 70% Clarified Hydrophobic Extract of Neem Oil, water, emulsifiers and surfactants.

DO NOT BUY - Toxic junk and <1% neem

I would like to know how they can get away with selling this as Neem oil when the ingredients list 0.9% neem and 99.1% "Other ingredients" that aren't listed anywhere on the package. Then there are all kinds of precautionary statements that product is hazardous to humans, animals and bees. No thank you. Returning and buying actual natural neem oil. This is chemical junk and the hazard label is hidden on the underside of the packaging. So wrong.

Natria Neem Oil is an OMRI certified organic product. The inert or inactive ingredients are a proprietary blend of emulsifiers, surfactants and mostly water. The water allows to have the advertised amount, blended to the standard we hold for the product as well as meeting EPA regulations. Without the water, it would be a very minute amount of product and the concentration of active ingredient percentages would exceed EPA standards. Additionally, our products are labeled according to EPA standards.
