Bought the JB weld windshield repair kit for an awesome price of $3.79. picked up the order just before they closed. In the morning my husband went out to repair the windshield and found the package had been taped closed and the razor and curing strip were missing and the tube of resin was cut open and used with the cap replaced. Maybe that's why it was so cheap, lol, but at least give the customer a heads up. Total waste of time ordering and picking up. Do better TS! I ordered for pickup so your employee is the one that selected it and had it waiting for me. I would take the responsibility if I was the one that selected it and walked it up to the register and paid for it.

It did help reduce the visibility. Was not expecting a complete disappearance of the chip but for the money not bad

Every individual that rated 1 star and said they followed the instructions to the letter are full of the same crap they say this product is. It worked exactly as they say and you can not even tell close up where my chip was. You run your finger over it and you feel nothing but smooth glass. I use alot of JB Weld products and never have had issues. Before trying this, I came on here and read the reviews and honestly hesitated to try it but I'm glad I still did. The only negative is actually my fault. I did it 30 min before sunrise so when the sun came up it would hit the windscreen directly. However, because it was in the low 70's, when I went to scrape the seal off and put the curing patch on, a bit of the resin started running down the windscreen. I believe the ambient heat of the day helps to set the resin and the UV from the sun cures it. Anyway, I just grabbed the curing patch, used it like a scraper and got the loose resin and placed it on the chip. I wiped away what was left and let it cure for the next hour. Came out to check it after that hour and was pleasantly suprised to see there was no longer a chip under the curing patch. I used the razor blade to remove the patch as well as any residual resin that had hardened on the windscreen. I cleaned the windscreen and it looks brand new. Well done JB Weld. Keep on keepin' on..haters gonna hate, just dab on 'em.

Followed instructions exactly, epoxy did not fill chip, epoxy never dryed. Did not work at all
