The Hoover's Hatchery CTQ Coturnix Quail are great backyard birds! The birds with their small body size can easily be set up in a pen on your deck, in your garage, or in the back yard. The females are fantastic egg layers that lay as many eggs as a productive chicken. The quail eggs are known for being healthy and packed with flavor. This straight run requires that all you need is a serrated knife to open them. These are great birds to start for a beginner as they are easy to raise and don't take up a lot of space.
