Poor Communication and Dead Chicks

I have contacted Tractor Supply twice via email with no response. The chicks were delayed, when we picked them up from the post office, ALL the chicks were dead by the next morning.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Only a few passed, but....

..We know getting baby chick's that not all of them will always make it. You are given a 48 hour grace period when you get the peeps home. We had a total of 3 pass away from, 1 order (2 on arrival, 1 a day later.) TS was very helpful getting that resolved and we were reimbursed for the 3 that passed. The 7 that remain are going strong and we are pleased.
