Our orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders received after 1PM CST on Friday will ship the following Monday. If there are items that are not temperature sensitive in the same order as cold-ship items, we'll attempt to package and ship separately. The Hoover's Hatchery Buff Chanteclers are a cold-hardy, dual purpose bird originally developed in Canada in the early 1900s. Able to withstand the harsh Canadian winters, these chickens features a docile and gentile temperament and produces a good carcass for the table.
