I had a locust tree taken down 6 months ago and now root shoots have popped up everywhere. If I drill holes in the stump and pour the product in the holes, will this product work?

Asked by: WFCJ

I cut down 3 pine trees last fall & want to use this Stump Killer on the stumps. There are about 6-10" diameter stumps. Should I drill multiple holes in stump and apply? How much do you apply for each stump? How long before I will see some sort of results

Asked by: HondoVan
Stump Killer should be used on freshly cut stumps. I would recommend our Stump Remover for stumps cut last fall.

We are fighting Ailanthus in several historic graveyards. These walled sites are generally located in farmers' crop fields (corn or soy). Will Gordon's Stump Killer be effective if painted on Ailanthus stumps within a few minutes of cutting?

Asked by: BerksEpitaphs
Stump Killer should be applied to the stump within 30 minutes of cutting for best results.

Will this kill yucca stumps without poisoning the soil?  They were cut down about six months ago but are growing back.  Any special instructions.  How long before I can put new plants in the ground?

Asked by: Yucca Hater
Gordon's stump killer will have an effect on yucca stumps. However, it is needed to be applied immediately after the stump is cut. You would need to make a fresh cut and re apply the product. If applied according to label it would not affect the soil.
