The Ghost Controls Monitored Photo Eyes are specifically designed for Ghost Controls automatic gate opener systems when the gate operator is in Monitored Safety Mode. The sensors are housed in a weather-resistant casing to provide durability, even in inclement weather. Ghost Controls Monitored Photo Eyes also have fail-safe operation, meaning the gate opener system will not work if the photo beam is not working properly to keep you and your property safe.

  • Ghost Controls Monitored Photo Eyes are designed with weather-resistant housings rated for the outdoor environment
  • Automatic gate opener sensors will only work with Ghost Controls automatic gate opener systems when the system is in Monitored Safety Mode
  • Ghost Controls Monitored Photo Eyes require that your system is using our AC Transformer to maintain a charged battery (you cannot use solar power with photo eyes)
  • Requires a low-voltage wire (sold separately) for connection to the main system controller
  • Single-monitored gate openers require 2 pairs or kits (a total of 4 photo eyes), while dual-monitored gate openers require 3 pairs or kits (a total of 6 photo eyes)
  • Fail-safe operation allows the gate opener system to not operate if the photo beam is not working properly
  • Built-in alarm for protection
  • 18-month limited warranty can be extended to 24 months with product registration
  • Dual beams can be programmed individually to minimize interference in installations with multiple photo eyes that may cause cross-talk
  • Include X-axis and Y-axis adjustments to aid in set up
  • Smart power consumption optimizes performance
