The Ghost Controls Manor Series Dual Automatic Gate Opener Kit is designed specifically for residential or agricultural installations. Safe force is a unique feature of all Ghost Controls gate opener systems. It limits the amount of force that the automatic opener system will exert on a moving gate to prevent injuries to people or animals. Our UL325 7th Edition standard compliant technology makes photo beams optional. Other unique features include party mode, 1key, party mode secure and vacation mode for versatile use.

Ghost Controls Manor Series Dual Automatic Gate Opener Kit includes an AC transformer, 2 premium 5-button remotes, a control box, 2 arms, an estate bracket and all necessary installation hardware
Quiet and reliable performance
Safe force limits the amount of force that the automatic opener system will exert on a moving gate to prevent injuries to people or animals
UL325 7th Edition standard compliant technology makes photo beams optional
Party mode, 1key, party mode secure and vacation mode
6-ft. battery harness with ring terminals
One arm has a 6-ft. cable and the second arm has a 50-ft. cable
ABBT2 Battery Box Kit or a 12V Deep Cycle Battery is required (sold separately)
Lifetime motor/gearbox warranty (control box, hardware and remotes carry an 18-month warranty)
Please note: This Ghost Controls gate opener kit is not for use on solid-panel and privacy-type gates.

You will not be disappointed!!

This kit was exactly what I asked for and works flawlessly. Assembly and setup was straight forward and easy. Wiring was labeled excellent and simple to follow. My gate panels are not near the weight this kit is capable of but in turn it does not have to work hard to operate. I will soon order another exact kit for another set of gates. I am 100% satisfied!!

Very pleased with this unit! Worth the money! I'd say have someone that's installed one before help you, it can be tough to hold and line everything up. But over all super pleased!
