[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier is doing exactly what I needed to do. It really works well. I like the splash guard over the bucket, although even with that splash guard it does sometimes spill a tiny bit when I pull it out. The reason I did not give it five stars, is because the controls on the top are unbelievably tiny and so difficult to read. Even with lights on right in that area of the room I have to use a flashlight to be able to see what it actually says. And the buttons are very, very difficult to feel if one were to try to do it by feel. . But, once I’ve got it set, all I have to do is turn it on and off and so it’s really not a big deal. I would not want to pay more for better controls. The wheels (casters) were quite difficult/tricky to put on. But I did it. All in all, for the price I paid, and great delivery service, I definitely recommend it.
