Great generator. Very quiet. I would suggest however making them easier to unbond . Had to hire an electrician and even he had a hard time unbonding it.

I bought it one year ago and its been performing very well no issues at all.

I received my Tri Fuel XP16000 it's very nice and Big. I haven't started it up yet, I'm missing a couple of things from the factory, Product Manual, complete Tool Kit and no Sales Receipt. I did try to charge the on board 12v battery with the included AC to DC adapter but other then a small indicator light on the adapter, there is no way of knowing if the 12v charge is reaching the battery itself. They should have, at a minimum a power indicator light at the panel when plugged in.

This is the second DuroMax generator I own. I still have my first that I use for an out building, 4 years running perfect. I wanted a higher power unit for our main house in case of a power outage. I have a lot of sensitive equipment and wanted a unit with extremely clean power. I thought of purchasing a larger fixed Generac. I live in a rural ranch area and know multiple people that own Generac. While Generac can work depending on your area their support is truly questionable. This model DuroMax supplies all I need to support all of my appliances, lights and electric heat. Our winters can get to -20 degrees. Being very easy to move around it provides me options a fixed unit can't provide. Over the years I've called support a couple times with questions. I always get a corporate based actual engineer to speak with. Every call was perfect. Over 4 years only two questions, zero issues. I want to be prepared for anything, this Tri-Fuel model provides a peace of mind and fixed Generac can't provide. Personally, I would never buy a single fuel generator. Size, price and service with an industry leading clean power capability, simply said, As Good as It Gets. A perfect choice.
